After an awesome day at Disneyland, we packed our bags and check out of our hotel in Tokyo. Putting all our luggages at the conceirge, we left Tokyo and took a train to Hakone.
That place is famous for hot springs and is a good place to go to Mount Fuji.
Of course Mount Fuji is our goal but sadly to say... we didn't get to see this great mountain as the sky is really really cloudy.
However we enjoy Hakone a lot, and the hotels there are all fully booked... with each night costing us $800!!!! It is freaking expensive and the room is less fancy than the one in Tokyo.
We went to try the private hot spring room and it was a fun experience.
Super hot...and shiok... and both of us are super sua ku.... hahahaha.... :D
But great experience and it only cost us less than $20 for booking a room for 45min.
Basically we rested this day as most shops closed by 6pm at Hakone. Being an expensive hotel, dinner is provided as well and this time, we chose to dine at the high class french restaurant. The food was good and portions small...haha..but I like. :P
Actually by right, we are supposed to visit some attractions at Hakone the following morning, and then take the train back to Tokyo to collect our luggages before checking in the airport at 6pm and back to Singapore...
BUT....
.........we love Tokyo soooooo much...that we simply have to extend our trip... (and would have increase more if not for David's dedication to teach remedial to his 'O' level students)
...and so we called up the airline and inform them of our decision.
Here comes the best part.... we have no hotel to stay for the night we extend. So basically during that evening at Hakone, we tried to call various hotel to make a booking.
Sad for us, Disneyland hotel is unavailable and the hotel we stayed previously initially rejected my request .
BUT THANK GOD suddenly they have a room available and knowing that we were their guests before, they automatically load our luggages to our room by the time we return back to Tokyo.
We are soooo going to return to this hotel again the next time we visit Tokyo....great location, view and service :)
OK.. lazy to type boring stories... let me show you more pictures of my trip.. :D

Nice view from the hotel again. A different view this time.
Before we check in at the airport for our flight back to Singapore at 6pm, we rushed to Tokyo Disneysea to have a short glimpse before heading back as we were simply amazed by Tokyo Disneyland.
Even though we will only be able to spend a few hours there without even making it for the fireworks at night, it was worth it just for the experience. BUT we will definitely be back!!!
It was crazy... when I queue up to get tickets to get in Disneysea, there was a signboard indicating that tickets for Disneyland were sold out!!!! WOW... thank God we were able to get in the other day.. simply crazy... O__O
Conclusion of Disneysea Trip: Waaaaay too short.. but we tried our best to photograph as many places as possible and to suck in as much Disney spirit as possible. I know some pple may find us ridiculous for not taking the rides but trust me, it is still worth it even not taking a single ride.
Wearing the Snitch Hat from Disneyland... I have a few pple (ok...kids) pointing at my head and gasping in envy... and even have a lady asking me where I got my hat from.
Turns out the souvenirs sold at Disneyland is different from Disneysea!
Yes it is irritating to see me doing the peace sign everytime I take a photo. Trust me, if you have to take so many photos, you will be lost for poses too!
Disneysea has a very venice/victorian/vintage feel... I LOVED IT!
